How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
You can make changes to your order or abandon the ordering process at any time before hitting the
"SUBMIT ORDER" button on during the checkout process.
Once you’ve clicked the
"SUBMIT ORDER" button, you cannot change your order. In the event you need to make a change please call us during the hours of 9am-5pm EST and talk to one of our experienced sale associates by dialing 843-208-3724 and someone will assist you with changes to your order.
PLEASE NOTE: IF CANCELING AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED FOR PROCESSING IT MAY TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD TO BE CREDIT A REFUND.
How do I go about Returning an Item?
If you need to return a product, please call us at 1-843-208-3724 during business hours or email us at
RMA@UniqueTuning.com within
15 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to process your return. Products must be returned in new, resalable condition, in original packaging.
DO NOT return packages to Unique Tuning, LLC. Return shipping address will be dictated in RMA.
If we sent you an incorrect
(item not matching original order) or defective item and you contact the above email address within
15 days of receiving your order, we will replace the product or process your return at no charge. Incomplete orders or damaged orders must be reported to the above email address within
72 hours to avoid return shipping fees. If for any other reason you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please inspect all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order, and
before the item is used or installed. If extreme or severe damage is evident
REFUSE DELIVERY.
In the case a replacement product was sent, we will send you a UPS Return tag to return the incorrect/defective product back to us. When returning an item, using a shipping method that offers signature confirmation, tracking, and insurance is recommended, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
What if an Item is Back Ordered &/Or Out of Stock Items?
In the event of a back ordered item, we will ship the in stock items as available. If item is back ordered it will show up under your
”View Order History” in your UniqueTuning.com account. If you see a
backordered item status in your account please call us at 1-843-208-3724 for options.
Most back ordered items are normally restocked within approximately two weeks of placing an order with the manufacture. Unfortunately, this cannot be said for all out of stock products, especially during peak sale times.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
To serve you best, our order system is fully automated to process your orders immediately upon submission. In most cases your order is processed within minutes and resulting in same day shipping when products are available and in stock. Due to this automated system all requests to change or cancel an order should be made via phone
IMMEDIATELY with one of our experienced sales associates. Emailed requests are typically not received in time to cancel or change your order. Always double check that your order is correct before submitting.
An order that has already received a tracking number
cannot be canceled. Please call or email us at
RMA@UniqueTuning.com to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received.
If you need to change the address on an order in transit with UPS, please contact them directly with your tracking number to make arrangements. Orders shipped with USPS cannot be changed while in transit.
Order Acceptance
Even though you may receive instant confirmation your order has been receive that does not constitute that it has been fully processed. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. In some cases, additional verification is needed before your order can be accepted. If additional information is required, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone using the information you provided with your order. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order.
Order Confirmation:
Orders received after
5:00PM EST are typically not processed until the next business day. Once received into our system a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Order confirmation emails are sent immediately upon order submission. If you
do not receive an order confirmation email first check your
junk mail and spam folders
(especially AOL, Hotmail or a government/military email addresses), log into your online UniqueTuning.com account to check your Email address that you have registered with us under
”My Account” and make sure you have provided us with the correct Email address. You can also look under
”View Order History” to see any and all orders that have been placed with us. If you do not see your current order listed there, then it did not process. Make sure you have clicked the

If a copy of your order is needed please contact us and we can send you a paper copy via fax or snail mail.
State Sales Tax:
Do I have to pay sales tax? You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, the shopping cart will determine this based on your shipping information entered.
We are not obligated to, and do not, collect state-specific sales tax. Your purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Please note that the purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. The state requires that a taxpayer file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting and paying use tax on those purchases that are not specifically exempt from taxation where sales tax was not charged on the invoice. Tax return forms are available on the state website.

American Bank ONLY. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International Cards at this time.
How do I mail in an Order & Payment:
Customers wishing to place an order via
mail to pay with a Bank Money Order, Bank Cashier's Check, or Personal Check
(with a 10 business day wait for clearance of funds) can print out and mail your cart contents at the final
”Order Confirmation” page that shows all the order details along with payment. We highly recommend that all orders mailed in be sent via UPS Letter or USPS Priority Mail so that it is received in processed in a timely manner.
Holiday Note: To ensure orders are received in time for Christmas, any and all mail-in orders should be received no later than December 4th.
Payment Note: Do not send
cash payments. UniqueTuning.com takes no responsibility for payments lost in the mail.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will only be charged if you are shipping to a
South Carolina address as reflected in cart.
Shipping Methods:
Our
FREE Shipping option is either UPS or USPS, depending on the weight and size of the item. Because UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address to avoid delayed shipment. If USPS does not deliver to your physical address then we recommend that you provide your PO Box on the Address Line 2 underneath your physical address.
Standard Shipping All Standard Shipping orders will ship via UPS or USPS, whichever we deem most cost-effective for your location and product ordered. In general, orders weighing less than 1 lb. will go USPS Priority Mail and heavier boxes will ship UPS Ground or other which you select at time of check out. Orders placed M-F before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification)
Packages shipping to Guam and US Virgin Islands ship USPS. USPS shipments have a

Next Day Air (Saturday) Orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air (Saturday) “if” available to your location, this is only available in select cities. Delivery is guaranteed on Saturday, however the delivery time will depend on what is available for your location. Choosing this shipping method is the only time that Saturday delivery is available.
Time definite shipments Once an item has left its warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping company we, nor our manufacturers, cannot be held responsible due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
Not all shipping methods are available to all locations, we will notify you if there is a conflict with the shipping method you have selected.

Products Damaged in Shipping:
Our manufacturers try to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. Unfortunately from time to time damage will occur despite precautions.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping,
immediately initiate a UPS claim for the item. In order for UPS to initiate insurance claim for productive damage incurred by shipping:
MOST IMPORTANT #1. If it evident that the package has
extreme or severe damage DO NOT EXCEPT PACKAGE - REFUSE DELIVERY. In almost
ALL cases the contents
WILL NOT be covered or replaced if you accept a severely damaged package, when you accept and sign for a package you are releasing the shipping company of
ALL liability
2. Note damage to box at time of delivery receipt.
3. Keep original packaging and packing material because UPS will need to inspect the items.
After initiating a claim a UPS representative will contact you with details. If your shipment was shipped from our Unique Tuning LLC location in Hardeeville, SC please contact us directly after initiating your UPS claim. Shipping damages are generally handled between original shipper (in some cases this is drop shipped by manufacturer) and the receiver.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments:
Packages will be returned by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or invalid addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 30 days to be processed. We may charge up to a 30% restocking fee at our discretion, and total shipping fees.
Shipping & Freight Disclaimer:
Receiving Your Shipment: Please be aware that it is the duty of the customer/consignee to accept delivery of freight goods consigned to them.
The consignee must be present to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.
Inspecting Your Shipment: It is the consignee’s responsibility to inspect their shipment for damages before the UPS Freight driver leaves the delivery location. If the packaging shows any indication of damage, open it immediately to check the contents, and ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. If your shipment has been damaged, you (or the UPS Freight driver) must write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and UPS Freight's copy of the delivery receipt. Please call us so that we may start a damage claim with UPS Freight.
Failure to inspect for damages at the time of delivery could result in any damage claim made thereafter being voided by UPS Freight.
For Concealed Loss or Damage: As soon as possible after delivery, unpack and inspect your shipment. Should you discover a concealed loss or damage, contact us immediately to start a claim with UPS Freight. Make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage.
Please note that any damage claim made after delivery has been completed could result in the claim being voided by UPS Freight.
Note: The consignee is not justified in refusing a damaged shipment unless the damage has made the goods totally worthless. In cases of partial damage or loss, the customer should accept the entire shipment and determine whether it can be repaired or retained with an allowance. The customer is responsible for any holding or shipping charges on a refused shipment that UPS Freight deems repairable.
The consignee must be present to receive the shipment at the time of delivery. Failure of the consignee to do so may result in a delayed delivery and possible holding of the goods by UPS Freight. If UPS Freight is unable to make delivery, storage charges for each day held will accrue. If held, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that neither UPS Freight nor UniqueTuning.com are able to contact the customer to schedule a delivery, the goods will be returned to the original shipper and return shipping cost as well as any storage fees will be charged to the customer. A restock fee may be charged at UniqueTuning.com and/or drop ship manufacturer’s discretion to cover any additional costs such as replacement packaging.
Please note that freight items are not returnable once shipped unless as a last resort if a shipment is in danger of becoming abandoned. In the case of a Refused Freight Shipment without damage, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping, shipping of the freight item back to us, and any storage fees if applicable. In addition, the customer may be charged a restocking fee at UniqueTuning.com’s discretion based off of the individual situation and condition of the returning product and packaging. Replacement packaging needs to be special ordered so any replacement packaging for refused shipments must be covered by the customer.
Free Freight Shipping: UniqueTuning.com offers Free Freight Shipping to most Business Addresses in the Continental 48 States via UPS Freight. Any additional fees charged by UPS Freight for additional services either incurred through delivery issues or as requested by the consignee (other than normal shipping costs) are the responsibility of the customer. These include, but may not be limited to: Residential Delivery, Inside Delivery or Pickup, Limited Access Delivery or Pickup (including Churches, Schools, Construction Sites and Military Bases), Lift-Gate Service, Storage Fees, Corrected Bill of Lading.
