  • Shipping: Products Damaged in Shipping
    Our manufacturers try to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. Unfortunately from time to time damage will occur despite precautions.

    If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, immediately initiate a UPS claim for the item. In order for UPS to initiate insurance claim for productive damage incurred by shipping:

    MOST IMPORTANT #1. If it evident that the package has extreme or severe damage DO NOT EXCEPT PACKAGE - REFUSE DELIVERY. In almost all cases the contents WILL NOT be covered or replaced if you accept a severely damaged package, when you accept and sign for a package you are releasing the shipping company of ALL liability

    2. Note damage to box at time of delivery receipt.

    3. Keep original packaging and packing material because UPS will need to inspect the items.

    After initiating a claim a UPS representative will contact you with details. If your shipment was shipped from our Unique Tuning LLC location in Hardeeville, SC please contact us directly after initiating your UPS claim. Shipping damages are generally handled between original shipper (in some cases this is drop shipped by manufacturer) and the receiver.
