  • Frequently Asked Questions: How Do I Process The Products In My Cart To An Actual Order?
    Processing Products in you Cart to an Order

    Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart you will see that the blue cart area in the upper right hand part of the webpage will read "Items in my Cart:..." & give you a "Subtotal: $" in dollars before shipping and taxes are added. click the "CART" button in red under the cart area to the right, this will take you to the beginning of the checkout process where you will first enter your information to calculate estimated shipping costs.

    Enter your ship to "ZIP CODE" (Box #1) & "SELECT STATE" (Box #2) then click the "GO" button, this will automatically calculate shipping costs, based on the items within your cart as to the location of where they are shipping from and the size and weight of the box that particular item is being shipped in, to the location of the information provided and give you an estimated cost of shipping to choose from in Box #3, from that list please choose the desired method of delivery you wish fro your items to be shipped.

    Once selected the shipping amount and total price should update automatically within 5 seconds after selecting box #3, if for some reason it does not update automatically and the "SHIPPING COSTS" does not reflect your choice please click the "RECALCULATE ORDER" button.

    Once you are satisfied that you have the correct shipping information click "CHECKOUT NOW" to proceed to user & payment information.

    If you are already registered you will next be prompted to simply verify your user & billing information.

    If you are a NEW customer you will be required to fill in your personal user, shipping, & billing information.

    Check the box if your SHIP TO address is same as your BILL TO address or enter a different shipping address.
    PLEASE NOTE **VERY IMPORTANT**: IF YOU ENTER A SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT IS NOT REGISTERED TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT, MERCHANT SERVICES WILL "NOT" PROCESS THE ORDER AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY DECLINE YOUR CARD. This is an automatic feature that all Merchant Credit Card Services & Banking Financial Institutions around the world use and is not a problem with our order processing or our website. So please make sure if using a different ship to address it is recorded with your bank or financial institution for your credit card account as a valid shipping address PRIOR to continuing with this order.

    You can now check the box that reads "I have read Private Policy....." and "CLICK CONTINUE."



    This will take you to the final page in the order process to "CONFIRM" your order before processing payment & shipping information.

    At this point please verify that ALL information is CORRECT, once you click SUBMIT order no information will be able to be changed without calling us direct at 843-208-3724 and speaking with one of our sales associates.

    Please edit or change any information needed then click "SUBMIT ORDER".

    Once you have clicked the "SUBMIT ORDER" your order & payment information will be processed.


    At this point you will be taken to a "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER" page that should read
    "Your order has been successfully processed.

    You will receive an automatic email confirmation with your order details shortly.

    Within 5 minutes you should receive a copy of your Invoice as a Receipt in an email confirmation sent directly to the email address provided with your order, it will be an email from "Sales@uniquetuning.com" and will have in the subject line "Unique Tuning : Order Confirmation" please check your spam filter or junk box if it does not appear.



    At this point you can login in to "MY ACCOUNT" and check the status of your order at anytime.

    Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive another automatic email with your UPS TRACKING number.
