15 day return policy period, and we will process your return free of shipping charges. Contact us at

If a defect occurs outside our return policy, but within the manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to process your return. The manufacturer will have sole determination of the outcome of the claim. UniqueTuning.com will happily assist our customers, in facilitating a thorough review of the claim. However, we have no final voice in the decision made by the manufacturer (i.e. approvals, denials, fees, etc.).
Some defective items may require pictures or a shop report to have an RMA issued.
All costs related to installation, labor, service, financial loss or expenditures will not be covered by UniqueTuning.com for any defective product.
