Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the customer receiving the product, and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued along with return shipment address (we will tell you what address to return the product to, due to the fact that some items drop ship, the return may not be to our warehouse).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive a defective or incorrect item (item not matching original order).

UniqueTuning.com reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization.

We will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if product has been used or installed. Inspect all orders as soon as you receive them and contact RMA@UniqueTuning.com within 72 hours if there is a problem.
Product damaged during shipment, must be notated at time of delivery signature. If extreme or severe damage is evident REFUSE DELIVERY.

Upon returning an item, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of a corresponding employee will secure proof of delivery. The customer agrees to all shipping and insurance charges and risk of loss during return shipment.

Returns will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day of package delivery).

If a replacement product will be sent, you will be issued a UPS return shipping label and RMA number. Once original product has been received and the condition of the product determined that the guidelines of replacement are valid, a replacement product will be processed. If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Allow 1-3 business days for replacement product processing.

All costs related to installation, labor, service, financial loss or expenditures will not be covered by UniqueTunig.com for any returned product.
